Worship Service and Fellowship at MCC
Japanese and Bilingual services every Sunday.
For anyone (Japanese speaking):
10.30 - 12.00 : Japanese Worship Service (Childcare provided)
For English Speakers, Returnee, Language students or anyone:
16.30 - 18.00 : Japanese and English Bilingual Worship Service
18.00 - 19.00 : Refreshments (Fellowship)
At our Bilingual service, English Speaking missionaries (or supporting pastors) give the message each week.
The majority part of the service is interpreted in Japanese.
We sing praise songs, hymns in both English and Japanese.
It's great excitement praising our God in two languages!
Although we (Bilingual group) are still small congregation, our group is full of care and love for one another.
There are currently Japanese (includes returnees), Americans,East Indians, and Thai attending the service.
Come let us worship God the Father who transcends diverse backgrounds, languages, and cultures.
Newcomers, both Christians and non-Christians are most welcome!
The time of refreshment.
After the Bilingual service, we have a time of refreshment over a cup of coffee / tea and snacks.
This is a very good chance to get to know others in the church and welcome newcomers.
Most people who attended the Bilingual service stay for this time.
We delight in cross-cultural conversations.
We love parties and celebrate birthdays, Easter, Christmas and any excuse to indulge in cake and delicious food and laughter.
Small Group (English and Japanese).
We have a special time of fellowship once a month, called "Family Time".
In this gathering, we share our recent testimonies, response to sermons, any concerns, or prayer requests.
This group is available in both English and Japanese. They are both friendly groups.
Especially through this group, we encourage one another and deepen our fellowship and friendship as a family in the body of Christ at MCC.
Japanese Worship Service and Congregation.
MCC also has a Japanese Worship Service and small groups. The Japanese Service starts at 10:30 am.
Every first Sunday is called "Family Worship", which inclues short Biblical skit especially for Children.
Child Care (for Kinder and Prep) is also provided during the service.
Our Children's Sunday School is held after the service.
